About the Role:

The Administration and Compliance Support Specialist provides vital assistance to the Onshore Insurance Broking Team. This role includes managing administrative tasks and monitoring processes to ensure brokers meet both client service and compliance obligations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform file administrative tasks, including document management and record keeping.
  • Assist in insurance broker processing to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  • Maintain and update databases with relevant client and compliance information.
  • Generate reports and track compliance metrics as required.
  • Support the team in ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing compliance-related initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Onshore Insurance Broking Team.
